Love law – the best class of 2011!

I’m all ready to go to Nottingham Trent University on 23rd September. Thanks so much for being such a great teacher you’ve helped me loads!

The tutor combines expertise in subject knowledge with a real understanding of the techniques required to engage post-16 students in the context of a course delivered through distance learning.

I came into law at the beginning of this year with no knowledge of the subject at all. The methods of teaching over the videoconference link are different to normal teaching, which makes the way of learning unique and enjoyable. I enjoy reading and researching into the topic as our tutor makes it interesting, easy and fun to learn. She is always on an e-mail link and if you get stuck with anything she’s always there to send an encouraging and helpful reply. For anybody thinking of doing any law related subject in the future I can strongly recommend this course, it has already given me great results and I am keen to learn more.

I’ve enjoyed the subject because it’s interesting and something completely new, deviating from the standard syllabus from GCSE. You can also apply it to everyday life – for example the police powers teaches you what your rights are if you are to be stopped in the street!

The quality of teaching and student support offered by the staff at Learn-the-Law is outstanding. The post-16 students are made to feel confident yet fully aware of precise targets for improvement. Communications from the company to the school are regular, supportive and extremely informative. I would recommend the company without reservation.

Great service, conscientious teaching and well-structured delivery. Our experience of Learn-the-Law has been very positive and the teaching sessions are just like face to face in the classroom. Results have been good with students who are organised, motivated and willing to learn in a more independent way. Good value for money and a unique way to learn an interesting subject.
